Our easy, three-step process

We know that choosing to install a new boiler is a big decision, and we want to make sure that it’s as easy as possible for you. So we follow a simple three-step process to give you complete confidence:

Step 1: Survey and quotation

We’ll come to your property to assess your needs and then we’ll give you a clear, fixed-price quotation, with no hidden fees or surprises.

Step 2: Expert installation

We are Gas Safe and OFTEC engineers, and we also have Safe Contractor status, which means we meet stringent health and safety requirements. Our team will install your new boiler, remove the old unit, and test your system to make sure everything’s working properly.

Step 3:Sign-off and certification

nce we’re satisfied that everything is working safely, you’ll get a full sign-off, including your Gas Safe or OFTEC registration, and we will register your appliance with the manufacturer, ensuring that your warranty is validated. You will also receive a building notification certificate, because we register every appliance under the Gas Safe or OFTEC register.

Installing all major boiler brands

We specialise in the supply and installation of high-efficiency units from all brands – we are not tied into any manufacturer. We are accredited Ideal MAX and Grant G1 installers, which means that if you install a boiler from these suppliers, you benefit from extended warranty options.

We also make sure your system is clean before we leave, conducting a full power flush, and installing a magnetic corrosion filter. This gives you peace of mind that your new appliance has the best chance of lasting a lifetime.
